How it Works: We Do the Heavy Lifting
Using a framework shouldn’t be a burden on your team. We act as your procurement partner, managing the technical complexities so you can focus on your core operations.
- Consultation: We’ll arrange a kick-off meeting to discuss your specific project needs and objectives. We provide unbiased guidance on your best approach to the market. Our team works with a significant number of housing associations daily.
- Tender Management: We manage the entire Mini-Competition or Direct Award process on your behalf. Provide us with your requirement and off we go. We’ll build out the tender pack, we’ll manage clarifications, we’ll draft the contract.
- Compliance Assured: All tenders are fully compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and the Welsh Procurement Policy Note (WPPN). The vast majority of public framework providers are England based and don’t have the experience of operating under the Wales specific WPPN’s.
- Award & Support: We’ll help finalise the contract and provide ongoing support throughout the framework’s life.
